The maximum Call-Off Contract Value for the 12-month Call-Off Contract Term shall not exceed £15,054.00 excluding VAT. In addition, a non-committed contingency value of up to £20,000.00 excluding VAT may be utilised at the Buyer's discretion for the purchase of additional IBM Blueworks Live licences during the Call-Off Contract Term.
