Illustrative monthly net costs range from around £290-£347 for lower-priced EVs such as the MG4 (depending on tax band), up to £487-£527 for higher-value models such as the Tesla Model 3 or BMW i4. The scheme also includes strong lifestyle protections that mitigate risks for both the employee and UK Sport. After the initial three-month exclusion period, early-termination costs are covered for events such as redundancy, resignation, long-term sickness, loss of licence or death, with Tusker reimbursing UK Sport if costs cannot be recovered from the employee. Employees also receive support through a dedicated driver line and a 24-hour roadside assistance service, while UK Sport benefits from seamless integration with BHN Extras and nationwide coverage. Tusker additionally provides marketing and engagement support to help UK Sport communicate the benefit effectively.
