Call off Contract Under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for a Literacy and Numeracy Specialist for Prisoners at HMP Holme House. The Supplier shall raise the profile of reading in the prison to encourage non-readers and low-level readers to engage in reading and improve their literacy ability whilst gaining independence and confidence.
