•Rapidly mobilise and onboard to existing TOM artefacts, ways of working and governance.\r
•Provide structured methods, facilitation and analytical capability to accelerate TOM design maturity and ensure consistency across workstreams.\r
•Provide independent challenge and assurance so that outputs are implementable, evidence-based and aligned to strategic outcomes.\r
•Produce reusable artefacts (templates, guidance and a design library) to support continued delivery beyond the initial term.
