The primary purpose of this appointment is to:

Assess and de-risk the current highways design position.
Identify design gaps and required surveys.
Test interim access options.
Provide a pathway to technical approval and construction.
Support infrastructure cost certainty for market-facing discussions.

This contract was awarded as a result of a further competition under the Midlands Highways Alliance Plus Professional Services Partnership 4 Framework.

The contract value is £39,950.00 ex VAT for the initially identified lump-sum priced activities.

The scope of this contract may be expanded to include further design and development advice services on a time charge basis.
