The M&R2 Specification will support the next generation of M&R contracts and will support effective and consistent delivery of our requirements, aligned to our commercial arrangements, to meet our Licence and legal obligations.
This task will support National Highways to finalise the M&R2 specification following the initial development work that was undertaken as part of T0686 and will include associated support relating the M&R2 procurement programmed.
