The Devon County Council (DCC) Joint Adults and Children's Systems (JACS) Programme was established in 2024 to transform Devon's social care case management and finance services.

DCC engaged a professional services provider for a Specialist Advisory and Delivery Programme Services that has experience of managing the implementation of System C's LiquidLogic solutions, providing the additional expertise and experience that is currently unavailable within the organisation.
