Purpose is to procure a third-party Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) membership management platform to support the Government Counter Fraud Profession (GCFP) in managing membership, communications, CPD tracking, and reporting in a secure, scalable and user-friendly way.
The Supplier shall provide a secure, off-the-shelf SaaS membership management platform suitable for a cross-government professional network. The service must be scalable, cost-effective, accessible and capable of being implemented within the current financial year. Membership of the GCFP extends across the wider public sector, not just central government and so must be accessible in Local Government, Police, NHS and other public bodies.
