What data we collect

Account data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Usage data: We store your saved searches, alert preferences, and subscription details so we can provide the service you signed up for.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

How we use your data

We use your information to operate TenderSpy, send contract alerts you have requested, manage your subscription, and respond to support enquiries. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we retain data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

TenderSpy is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Registration number: C1961417.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
