TenderSpy is a contract intelligence platform that helps businesses find and track UK government tenders and awards. Data is sourced from official UK government APIs including Contracts Finder and Find a Tender.
You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, and maintain only one account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for subscription periods already used.
You may not scrape, bulk-download, or resell TenderSpy data. Automated access (bots, scripts, or crawlers) is prohibited without our written permission.
We source contract data from official government APIs, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or completeness. In particular, publication dates for some historical contracts may not reflect the original publication date where this information was not provided in the source data. Always verify critical details — including deadlines and publication dates — on the original GOV.UK notice before making business decisions.
TenderSpy owns the platform, software, and presentation of data. UK government contract notices are public information; we do not claim ownership of the underlying government data.
TenderSpy is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed contracts, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
